Medicine Program |
Patient assistance program provides prescription medications to needy
patients who do not have drug coverage through either private and/or government
health plans. |

patients that qualify fall under the following three criteria: |

happens next? |
1. Once you feel you have met the basic requirements described above , you're ready to apply for the Free Medicine Program, all you need to do is to print, fill out and return Medication Information Form (applying online will expedite your process). |

3.
When the information is received, Free Medicine Program
processes the information and sends you an application kit.
Included in the kit, will be a letter to your physician
as well as steps to be taken by you and your physician
in order to proceed with the application process. Once completed, the
application is then sent the appropriate drug manufacturer for
review. |

Some companies will only consider a patient eligible for approval if their income does not exceed the federal poverty guidelines.
